The pair of 2 numbers or/and letters belong to the hexadecimal numeral system. As an example, 255 or the most intense is FF in the hexadecimal numeral system, the least or 0 is 00.
Meaning of These Symbols The 6 symbols after "#" has each meaning. It's decided into three pairs. The first two symbols indicates how much red is put into the code; the third and fourth for the green; and the last two symbols for blue.
